A Celebration of Peace

As part of the village's commemorations of 100 years since the end of WW1, we held an evening event in and around the Peace Garden, with songs, poetry, a bonfire, and a firework finale. Around 200 villagers enjoyed a great evening with a poignant message and the specially illuminated Peace Garden looked spectacular.
